Service description

Tonty is a voice-first shop notebook for sales, expenses, customer credit, and repayments. Tontines and community records are secondary use cases. Tonty is not a financial institution and does not hold, transfer, or manage user funds.

Account and acceptable use

• Users must provide accurate registration information.
• Users are responsible for account security.
• False transactions and fake profiles are prohibited.
• Illegal use is prohibited.

Responsibility boundaries

Tonty provides a documentation tool and is not responsible for financial disputes between users. Commitments inside groups remain the responsibility of the relevant parties.

Privacy

Information about personal data and sensitive app permissions, including camera usage for QR scanning, is available in the privacy policy.
